Personal password

When logging in for the first time, you must change the temporary password that you received from us via the postal service. The requirements for your password are:

  • at least 8 characters
  • differentiation is made between uppercase and lowercase spelling
  • must contain at least 1 letter and 1 number
  • may not match one of your most recent 5 passwords
  • may not be a trivial password such as aaaa, abcd123, etc.
  • may not match your user ID or your mobile banking password

Do not disclose your personal password to anyone and please note that our staff will never ask you for your password!

Login with security code via SMS

After entering your user identification and your personal password, you will receive the security code by SMS to your mobile phone. The code has six digits and can consist of letters and numbers.

While logging in, a specific position on the code card will be requested. Enter the corresponding code. The security codes are not used sequentially, but are requested randomly when logging in. A code can be requested multiple times. Therefore, do not cross out the codes on the card.

You will automatically receive a new code list before the card expires.

Login with key file

You will receive a key file and the corresponding password from the bank for installation in your software. The login then occurs directly via software. The first time you log in may require an online login in order to change the temporary password. If you need support, our e-banking customer service is standing by to assist you.

Access blocked / Unblocking

If the password or security code is entered incorrectly three times, your login will be blocked. By sending the security code by SMS you can unblock the contract yourself or request a new password. In all other cases, you can contact our e-banking customer service to unblock the login.


Close the e-banking application using the “Logout” button and then delete the temporary Internet data in your browser. You can find instructions on how to do so for various browsers under “eBanking but secure!” published by the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences.
